Environment Groups is a feature in the Power Platform Admin Center that allows you to group environments together for easier management. You can apply common rules to the grouped environments, such as sharing controls for Canvas Apps, usage insights, and backup retention. To use Environment Groups, you need the correct Dynamics 365 Admin privileges. You can create a group, give it a name and description, and select the environments to be added to the group. You can also set rules for the environments in the group, such as backup retention. Once the rules are published, they will be applied to the environments in the group.
