#MSDynGP Microsoft Dynamics GP End of Life Officially Announced
Microsoft has officially announced the end of life for Microsoft Dynamics GP. Product development will cease completely in 2031, with new feature development and product support ending earlier. The timeline for the sunsetting of Microsoft Dynamics GP is as follows: previous announcement on ending new customer license sales was made on April 4, 2023; product development and technical support will end on September 25, 2024; no new sales of perpetual licenses will be made starting April 1, 2025; no new customer sales for any type of license will be made starting April 1, 2026; product enhancements, regulatory updates, service packs, and technical support will end on September 30, 2029; and security updates will end on April 30, 2031. Existing customers are advised to upgrade to the final build of Microsoft Dynamics GP to continue using the product beyond the end of support dates.
