Alexa, Field Service and Me (Part 3) - Creating Work Orders

This article is part of a series on integrating Alexa with D365 Field Service. The objective of this part is to use Microsoft Flow to create a work order based on the information gathered from the user. The article explains how to call a sub-flow in Flow, which allows for reusability of code when connecting other voice assistants like Google or Siri. The article also covers the process of creating a work order in D365 Field Service using the Common Data Service Connector and populating the necessary fields. The article concludes by mentioning that the work order number is generated using a random number since the automated prefix and number range feature in Field Service doesn't work in Flow.
