Transition from Unified Service Desk to Customer Service workspace
On April 1, 2026, Microsoft will be deprecating the Dynamics 365 Unified Service Desk (USD) with CRM Online application, with an end of support date of June 30, 2028. Customers are encouraged to transition to the Customer Service workspace application, which offers more AI and innovation features. The key dates for this transition are: deprecation on April 1, 2026, end of service on April 30, 2027, and end of support on June 30, 2028. It is recommended to begin migrating to the Customer Service workspace application and update to the latest version of USD if unable to migrate by April 2026.
