Move from Outbound to Real-time: A training course to help you transition
Microsoft announced that the Outbound marketing module will be removed from Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys on June 30, 2025. The Real-time journeys module will be the only workplace for app users. Users still using Outbound marketing are advised to transition to Real-time journeys before the removal date. Microsoft has provided transition FAQs, transition resource documentation, and a transition playbook to help with the migration. Syvantis has also created an on-demand training course to assist with the move, which is available to anyone who wants additional help transitioning. The course covers key functionalities and content needed for the transition. To access the course, users need to create a free Syvantis Learn account.
