Microsoft will be showcasing Dynamics 365 solutions powered by AI at the National Retail Federation (NRF) Big Show to help retailers navigate challenges and drive innovation in the next decade. The solutions include Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, which provides AI-powered experiences for marketing workflows, and Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, which offers AI-powered guidance for demand planning and supply chain visibility. Microsoft will also be hosting two Big Ideas Sessions at NRF, focusing on AI-powered personalized shopping experiences and generative AI in retail. Additionally, new Copilot capabilities in Dynamics 365 Customer Insights will help marketers streamline campaign management and create personalized customer journeys. These capabilities will be available in preview in Q1 2024.
