Inogic has introduced a new feature called "Always Folder Creation Under Authenticated User" in its SharePoint Security Sync app. This feature ensures that all folder or document management actions in SharePoint are linked to the authenticated CRM user, maintaining consistency in identity representation. With this feature enabled, the authenticated user's name will always appear in the "Modified By" column in SharePoint, regardless of who performs the actions in the CRM system. This enhancement is beneficial for organizations prioritizing privacy and data consistency in their SharePoint integration.
