Omni-channel real-time personalization with Dynamics 365 Customer Insights and Optimizely


Microsoft has announced the availability of a real-time web personalization solution in preview for Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. The solution, developed in partnership with Optimizely, allows organizations to deliver hyper-personalized omni-channel experiences without writing custom code. Marketers and web admins can collaborate to create personalized campaigns using unified data from Customer Insights. The solution addresses the challenges of limited customer data, synchronization between customer data platforms and personalization tools, and disconnected personalization across channels. It enables companies to go beyond browsing history, use no-code personalization, ensure uniform personalization across channels, and activate audiences across channels. Microsoft plans to release additional features and enhancements in the future.
