Run a generative action in Power Automate

Recently, Power Automate introduced the "Run a generative action," an AI-driven feature allowing automation with text-based inputs. While the action can be integrated into both new and classic cloud flow designers, challenges arise due to its limitations, such as handling only text parameters and lacking output possibilities. Supported data sources include SharePoint, Office 365, OneDrive, Planner, Microsoft Teams, and others, making it suitable for various application integrations. The generative action is currently in preview, recommended for testing rather than production environments. Insights into its workings can be gleaned from the Run results, enabling users to streamline the flow by managing the internal actions effectively. Despite its benefits, deploying this feature requires a careful approach and consideration of its current constraints.
