Agents can save time and increase productivity by efficiently absorbing crucial information and gaining faster and more transparent interactions with customers. The highlights show relevant items in a clear and concise format, facilitating quick analysis and easy reference. This feature is available in apps like Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Marketing, Dynamics Field Service, and custom model-driven Power Apps. Timeline highlights are enabled by default and can be configured at the app and form level.
