Learn How Our Clients Can Submit a Support Ticket from Within Their Own CRM System


In this video, Steve Pestillo from P2 Automation explains how clients can add their own items to the System Issues module in Dynamics 365. Clients can enter their own system issues by clicking on System Issues and then clicking New. They can fill in the system issue title and description, and choose to be notified when the status changes. The task number will be assigned once the issue is entered into the system.
