Copilot for Service can be extended by configuring it to add external knowledge sources and connect to one or multiple external systems like Salesforce, ServiceNow, or Zendesk. The pricing for Copilot for Service is $50 per user per month, and it includes Microsoft 365 Copilot. To sign up for the preview, visit the Microsoft Copilot for Service website.
