Associate emails to multiple records (preview)

This article discusses a new preview feature in Dynamics 365 that allows users to associate emails with multiple records. Currently, users can only relate activities to one record, but this new feature addresses the need to save a record to multiple rows. The feature is available for emails only and is tied to a new column called "Related" on the email table. Users can select multiple rows in the "Related" column to associate the email with multiple records. However, it's important to note that the "Related" column does not have parental relationships with the selected rows. System admins will need to add the "Related" column to the email forms to give users access to this feature.
