No More Dynamics 365 For Phones & Tablets From April 2024
Starting from April 2024, Dynamics 365 for Phones & Tablets will be deprecated and users will need to use the Power Apps mobile app instead. The Dynamics 365 for phones app provides access to built-in apps like Sales Hub or Customer Service Hub. Currently, when opening the D365 app, a message appears notifying users of its retirement, but they can still use it for now. However, they can choose to open Power Apps or download it. Once logged in, users will be able to see the same apps available and open to use. Microsoft states that the Power Apps mobile app provides updated capabilities, a modern user experience, and fast load times. Organizations may need to allow users to add the Power Apps mobile app to their phones depending on internal policies.
