Enhanced governance control for desktop flow logs
Microsoft Power Automate has introduced a new data governance preview feature for desktop flows. This feature allows administrators to control when desktop flow run action logs are captured or disable them completely. The feature is available at the environment level in the Power Platform admin center and offers three options: Enabled (default), On run failure, and Disabled. Enabled captures desktop flow run action logs for troubleshooting, monitoring, auditing, and performance analysis. On run failure logs only when a runtime error occurs, reducing log data.
