Kelly uses Power Pages to revamp the customer experience


Kelly, a global staffing and workforce solutions provider, wanted to improve the customer experience by creating customized portals for each client. They used Microsoft Power Platform to develop a new portal called Helix UX. With Power Pages, Kelly was able to create personalized pages for each customer, allowing them to request talent, chat with customer service, access business insights, and more. The new portal has been successful, with Kelly handling over 38,500 customer inquiries daily on average.
