Starting February 2025, new Customer Service customers with Enterprise licenses will only have access to the Customer Service workspace app, as the Customer Service Hub app will no longer be available for new organizations with Enterprise licenses. The Customer Service workspace app offers a browser-like, tabbed experience that allows support representatives to multitask and work on multiple cases. It also includes features like Copilot capabilities, which can summarize cases and conversations, answer questions in natural language, and draft email responses. Customer Service workspace is not supported on mobile devices, Unified Service Desk, or with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (on-premises). Existing customers and new customers with other license types will still have access to the Customer Service Hub app.
