The field service mobile app now has a new enhanced user experience (UX) feature that allows technicians to access all the information they need quickly and easily. Field service admins can enable this feature from a web browser by going to the Field Service Setting page and turning on the "New Mobile Experience" preview feature. However, there are some limitations to this preview feature, such as no offline mode support and limited customization options. Once enabled, technicians will see the new mobile UX when they log in to the app, which includes features like the Booking Agenda View and improved visibility of booking records. Technicians can also change the status of a booking record without opening it. The new mobile UX also includes list views with up to 5 columns and the ability to switch between the new and classic UX. Overall, the new mobile UX offers technicians a more efficient way to manage records and save time.
