To enable OneNote integration in Dynamics 365 CRM, follow these steps: 1. Go to the Power Platform Admin Center of your environment. 2. Navigate to Settings and expand the Integration section. 3. Click on Document management settings. 4. Enable OneNote Integration (if SharePoint Based Document Integration is already enabled). 5. Select the tables you want to enable OneNote Integration for and click Submit. 6. Double-check if OneNote Integration is turned on at the entity level. 7. Refresh the record and click on the + on the Timeline to show the Activity options. 8. Click on OneNote to be redirected to the SharePoint location where the OneNote notebook is created. 9. Go back to the record and click on Related section, then go to Documents to see the OneNote notebook. That's it! Now you can use OneNote integration in your Dynamics 365 CRM environment.
