To create a copilot with Dataverse as the knowledge source and Teams as the channel, follow these steps: 1. Open the Microsoft Copilot Studio site and select the "Try free" option. 2. Choose the appropriate environment and click on "New copilot" (Create+). 3. Rename the copilot and click on "Add knowledge" to add Dataverse as the source. 4. Select up to 15 tables, such as lead, contact, account, and case. 5. Review the data for the selected tables. 6. Add/edit synonyms and glossaries to make it easier for the copilot to understand. 7. The copilot is now ready. You can add actions, build topics, and publish it. 8. Check the authentication settings and select the Microsoft Teams channel. 9. Edit the details and save them. 10.
