Microsoft has announced a new Fundraising and Engagement solution for the non-profit sector. The app, called Fundraising and Engagement for Dynamics 365 Sales, is built on top of a standard D365 Sales implementation and provides a dedicated solution for non-profit organizations. The app includes features such as development dashboards, contact management, organization management, opportunity management, transaction processing, donor commitments, payment schedules, fundraising campaign management, and event management. The app is available for installation through Microsoft AppSource and can be configured to meet the specific needs of each charity. The solution is part of Microsoft's Tech for Social Impact initiative, which aims to drive adoption of Dynamics in the non-profit sector.
