Microsoft is deprecating the Hierarchy Control feature in Dynamics 365 in October 2025, leaving users without an easy way to visualize parent-child relationships in their data. However, Map My Relationships offers a new feature called Hierarchy View to fill this gap. Hierarchy View allows users to manage parent-child relationships in a tree-like structure, making it clearer and simpler to understand complex data. With Hierarchy View, users can create associated records, link activities to the right record, and run on-demand workflows. This feature improves organization, saves time, and simplifies CRM data navigation. Users can try Hierarchy View by downloading a 15-day free trial from the Map My Relationships website or Microsoft AppSource.
