Fixed – Duplicate records in Azure Synapse Link (Dataverse)
Recently, duplicate records were found in some Dataverse environments for Notes and Work Order Incident tables. This was causing Power BI reports to fail. Microsoft Support acknowledged this as a known bug for certain regions and ran de-duplication scripts to fix the issue. They also mentioned that a fix for the bug will be deployed soon.
