Associate activities (Email) with multiple related records – Dataverse / Dynamics 365
A new feature in Microsoft Dynamics 365 allows users to associate an activity record with multiple related records or related parties. This feature is currently in public preview and is only available for Email Activity. To use this feature, users need to add the "Related" field of type Party List to the form and can then add related records of various types such as Account, Case, Contact, Knowledge Articles, Queue, and User. The email record will show up in the timeline of the corresponding related records. For more details, refer to the provided link.
