Add Dataverse knowledge to a Custom Copilot using Copilot Studio
Copilot Studio now allows users to add knowledge sources to custom Copilots. This feature allows businesses to connect Copilot to their enterprise data, making it quicker to access data without logging into another system. The process of adding a knowledge source involves selecting the tables you want users to ask questions about, previewing the data, and reviewing and finishing the configuration. Users can add up to 2 Dataverse knowledge sources with a total of 15 tables per knowledge source. However, authentication needs to be set to "Authenticate with Microsoft," limiting the channels where the Copilot can be published.
