Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service has enhanced its outbound dialing experience with a more intuitive, streamlined, and efficient interface. The new experience allows agents to edit the dialed number effortlessly, introduces auto-formatting, and highlights incomplete or invalid numbers. The improved interface optimizes the available screen space and allows agents to recall recent numbers. Administrators can customize outbound profiles to allow calls only to selected countries or regions, and the system intelligently identifies the outbound profile supporting the dialed number's country or region. The October release of Dynamics 365 Customer Service brings an outbound dialing experience with enhanced editing capabilities, smarter interface design, call history, number auto-formatting and validation, and refined country and region support.
