Easiest Way of Territory Creation & CRM Record Search in Dynamics 365
Maplytics has introduced two new enhancements in its Dynamics CRM Maps integration 2024 Spring Release. The first enhancement is the ability to search for specific records on the map using the search bar. This feature allows users to easily find a particular record among multiple plotted ones. The second enhancement is the improved territory creation process within Territory Management. Users can now select regions or shapes using the Alignment Tool and right-click to create a new territory. They can also assign territories to records during the creation process. These updates aim to simplify data analysis and decision-making for businesses using Dynamics 365 CRM.
