Announcing General Availability of environment groups and environment routing
Microsoft Power Platform has announced the general availability of environment groups and environment routing. These features allow administrators to establish governance policies and streamline management across multiple environments. Environment groups enable admins to create customizable rules for consistency and organization, while environment routing automatically directs new makers to their personal developer environments. This eliminates confusion and conflicts and simplifies administration. The initial suite of rules includes sharing restrictions, AI-generated app summaries, and solution checker. Microsoft plans to expand these capabilities in the future. These updates aim to enhance developer efficiency and provide a more efficient development process. Feedback from users will be used to further enhance environment groups and rules.
