This feature allows users to specify the subject, owner, and description of the lead, and choose from options such as contact owner, company owner, or a specific user or team as the lead owner. The system also provides default rules for lead duplication, but users can create their own duplication rules. Additionally, users can extend the journey designer to include more fields for lead creation and use Power Automate to update the lead with values from the journey. This feature provides flexibility for marketers to define lead creation and customization per journey.
