Reduce log storage: Delete audit logs – Power Platform Admin Center

To free up storage space in a Dynamics 365 environment, you can delete audit logs. Here are the steps: 1. Go to the Power Platform Admin Center and sign in. 2. Select the environment and go to Manage Audit Logs in the Auditing section. 3. Click on Delete Audit Logs and filter the logs to delete. 4. Confirm the deletion and review the summary of logs to be deleted. 5. Once the deletion is complete, the audit logs are permanently removed. 6. Note that the storage won't reflect the changes immediately. After deleting audit logs, the log usage reduced from 950 MB to 5 MB in 24 hours. For more details, you can visit the provided link.
