MB-220 - Dynamics 365 Marketing


Microsoft has four main functional exams, each focused on a separate application. The author has experience with Sales, Service, and Field Service, but not Marketing. The Marketing exam includes scenarios and questions on various aspects of marketing, such as creating segments, sending emails, and generating leads. The author did not receive questions on GDPR constraints or advanced template creation. The author created a Mind Map for Marketing as a revision aid, which is available for reference.
