Try the AI agent activity feed in Dynamics 365 Customer Service


Contact centers are implementing AI agents for autonomous operations. The new agent activity feed in preview allows AI supervisors to monitor agent behavior and intervene when needed. The feed includes an inbox-style interface, activity sharing, monitoring capabilities, and filtering options. To set up the feed, enable at least one AI agent in Copilot Service admin center and provide necessary licenses. Admins can customize agent settings and give supervisors access to view agent activity. This feature ensures responsible AI adoption and compliance with regulations.
