Techstreet, a company specializing in subscription-based access to industry standards, enhanced their sales and customer service by migrating to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE). With the help of implementation partner Western Computer, Techstreet successfully transitioned their business applications to a new infrastructure and modernized their systems. The migration was executed in phases, with the first phase focused on migrating to the AWS environment and replacing a custom-built ERP system with Dynamics 365 BC. The second phase involved migrating sales and customer service functions to Dynamics 365 CE, automating processes and improving case management. The modernization of their systems has significantly improved Techstreet's customer service efficiency and enabled them to focus on growing sales and serving customers.
