Enhancing Sales Efficiency by Improving Relevance of Copilot Summary and Recent Changes


The Sales Copilot feature in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM has been updated to include new capabilities. The user interface has been improved, and users can now customize Copilot to generate summaries and recent changes lists based on the columns that matter most to their business. Previously, users had to select views and columns to generate summaries, but now they can configure up to 10 columns for lead and opportunity summaries without selecting a view. The recent changes list can also be configured with up to 10 columns. The "What's new with my sales records" prompt in Sales Copilot now lists records that were updated in the last 7 days. These enhancements allow users to prioritize leads, stay updated on recent changes, and focus on high-potential opportunities.
