Sally in HR has a Business Problem – Part 2
In part 2 of "Sally in HR has a Business Problem," Sally does her own research on multiplexing after Art in IT couldn't explain it to her. She discovers that it's a licensing issue and contacts the CIO to find a solution. Rupert, the CIO, suggests that Sally's app-building should be handled by Art's department, but agrees to give her one license to build the first app. Sally presents her app to Rupert, Bill, and Art, but Rupert finds it rudimentary and questions how Sally could have built it without understanding the calculations in the original spreadsheet. Art suggests they work on it together, and Rupert agrees to consider updating their process and getting licenses sooner for new employees if the app seems okay.
