Simplified License Assignment for Power Apps

Starting in December 2023, Microsoft is introducing changes to make it easier for admins to manage license assignments for Power Apps per-user licenses. Currently, admins have to manually assign licenses to users through the Microsoft 365 admin center. However, a new feature called License Auto-claim for Power Apps will automatically assign licenses to unlicensed users when they first access a Power App that requires a premium license. In addition, an auto-claim license policy will be created for tenants with managed environments, automatically assigning Power Apps per-user licenses to users in those environments. Admins will still have control over the policy and can make adjustments as needed. This update aims to streamline license management for administrators.
