Pin Activities in Timeline – Dynamics 365
Microsoft Dynamics 365's 2023 Release Wave 2 allows users to pin activities such as records to the top of the timeline. This option is available for Notes in the timeline and shows the number of records pinned. To unpin a record, click the icon again, and it will move to its original position.
