Microsoft 365 Copilot now includes a Sales Agent, previously known as Copilot for Sales, which integrates directly into Outlook and Teams to streamline sales tasks. Users can view customer insights, draft email responses, and manage meeting preparations and follow-ups through Dynamics 365. Although it does not yet allow for questions and visualization over CRM Sales data, users can initialize the Sales Agent in Microsoft 365 Copilot, connecting it to CRM systems like D365 Sales or Salesforce to enhance functionality. Setup involves enabling the Sales App in both Outlook and Teams and configuring access settings. Additionally, admins can improve agent comprehension by adding synonyms and glossary terms for CRM table columns using Copilot Studio. Users can access chat capabilities via Microsoft 365 Copilot, Outlook, or Teams, facilitating engagement with CRM data and Sales Agent assistance. This feature is available for preview trial now.
