Copilot, a feature in Dynamics 365 CRM, allows users to ask questions and get updates on sales records, assignments, and recent changes. The "Recent Changes" feature of Copilot uses the "Audit History" capability of CRM to show all recent changes made to lead or opportunity entities. This feature helps sales reps track changes and identify any data mishaps or errors. However, the "Recent Changes" feature only works for leads and opportunities, not for other entities like cases or accounts. To address this, Inogic's Undo2Restore app provides a safety net for Dynamics 365 CRM records by keeping track of all changes made to CRM records and allowing users to reverse these changes with a single click. The app works for both custom and out-of-the-box entities and also allows for the recovery of deleted records.
