Use Sales Copilot to see the leads and opportunities assigned (Dynamics 365)


Using the "Sales Copilot" feature in Microsoft Dynamics 365, users can view a list of leads and opportunities assigned to them in the last 15 days. To enable Sales Copilot, navigate to App Settings > Copilot (General Settings) in the Sales Hub and specify the Sales Apps where it should be enabled. To see it in action, open the Sales Copilot Help Pane and select the Spark Icon to open the Prompt Guide. From there, users can ask questions like "What's newly assigned to me" to see the list of leads and opportunities. Users can then select a record to view the details or click on "Summarize" to get a summary.
