Customize Record Forms in Dynamics 365 CRM using the Due Open Activities Control


A new feature called "Due Open Activities Control" has been introduced to help salespeople manage appointments and tasks more efficiently. This feature provides timely reminders for open and overdue activities without any manual checks. It can be added to different forms and displays activities that are due today or overdue. By hovering over the control, users can view record details, and by clicking on the drop-down, they can access the Associated Activity view. This feature acts as a personal assistant, helping users stay organized and prioritize tasks. By integrating it into project forms, task management becomes streamlined and more effective.
