Transition from unified routing diagnostics to Azure Application Insights
Azure Application Insights is replacing unified routing diagnostics in Dynamics 365 Customer Service. The key dates for this transition are as follows: disclosure date is May 9, 2024; end of support is July 1, 2024; and end of life is July 15, 2024. Customers are encouraged to use Azure Application Insights for conversation and routing diagnostics. This solution offers flexibility, cost-effectiveness, and customization options.
