An approval can be sent to a Microsoft 365 group in Power Automate. To do this, you need to enable external email senders for the group in the Microsoft 365 Admin Center. Once enabled, all members of the group can receive and respond to the approval request. The process involves creating a Microsoft 365 group, adding members to the group, enabling external senders for the group, and then creating a Power Automate flow to send the approval. The flow can be customized to require approval from all group members or just one. Once the flow is set up, the approval request will appear in the Approvals Center for all group members to see and respond to.
