T-Mobile uses RPA in Power Automate to integrate systems during Sprint merger

T-Mobile used robotic process automation (RPA) in Power Automate to integrate its Orbit app with Sprint's legacy back-end system during their merger. The legacy APIs were unable to solve the challenges of data latency, manual processes, and data entry errors. T-Mobile turned to Power Automate's RPA capabilities to help the two systems work together seamlessly. The Orbit app, developed with Microsoft Power Platform, has been crucial in supporting T-Mobile's customer initiatives and staying competitive. Power Automate allowed T-Mobile to process 11 times more requests in real time, reducing processing time by 12 times and eliminating human data entry errors. The low-code nature of Power Automate makes it a versatile platform for building solutions.
