Generate Work Order Summary with Copilot in Dynamics 365 Field Service (Part I)
Dynamics 365 Field Service offers a Summary Configuration feature that automatically generates concise summaries for work orders. These summaries include all the necessary information for technicians to efficiently complete their tasks. The default summary includes booking details, activity information, notes, product details, service details, tasks, and asset information. Administrators can also customize the summary configuration to align with their organization's specific needs. By enabling the Configure Summary setting, administrators can add, remove, and change the data columns used to generate the summary. The Sample Summary feature allows administrators to test the configured summarized data before finalizing the settings. This feature enhances efficiency and improves service delivery by providing technicians with quick access to critical information.
