Managed Environments are aiming to take over CoE Starter Kit?

The Managed Environments feature in Power Platform is becoming more robust and may eventually replace the CoE Starter Kit. While Managed Environments require premium licenses for every user, they are fully supported by Microsoft and offer customizable features through the admin portal. The CoE Starter Kit, on the other hand, is a custom solution with its own data model and is not an official Microsoft product. While it offers unique capabilities such as bulk updating permissions and calculating ROI, it may eventually be reduced as Managed Environments continue to expand their capabilities. However, it is still worth considering the CoE Starter Kit, especially if it is already rolled out, but Managed Environments should be the primary focus for Power Platform admins.
