New AI Agents to close deals faster
Microsoft has introduced three new AI-powered sales agents in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Dynamics 365 Sales. These agents use data from CRM systems and other business data to provide personalized responses, helping sales teams connect with prospects and customers. The agents work continuously to expand the sales pipeline, refine outreach strategies, and speed up deal closures. They will be available in a paid public preview starting in April and May.
