How EY teams unite globally with Dynamics 365 Sales


EY has implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales as its global CRM platform to unite teams and improve sales activities. The legacy CRM system was used only for administrative purposes, resulting in a lack of engagement from client-serving teams. With Dynamics 365 Sales, administration, account management, and sales activities are integrated into one intuitive platform. The rollout began in late 2023, with 3,000 users in South Africa and Singapore, and expanded to locations across the US and Canada by early 2024, totaling nearly 25,000 users. The global deployment will eventually include approximately 75,000 additional users, offering enhanced functionality, flexibility to integrate third-party apps, and the ability to adapt and grow with the firm.
