Force Sync Azure Active Directory Group members to Dataverse Environment
When creating an Azure AD Group in the Azure Portal and adding user members to it, the users will only appear in the AAD Security group under Teams in Dynamics when they sign in to the app. This can be problematic if you want all users to appear in Dynamics without manually adding them. One solution is to use Power Automate to ForceSync these users automatically without manual intervention. The article provides a Power Automate template and explains how to set it up to achieve this. It also mentions that you may need to enable pagination and adjust the concurrency control settings to handle a large number of users.
