A client was struggling to manage their emails and manually categorize them into groups. To streamline this process, a custom system view was created to organize and efficiently handle categorized emails. However, this manual process was time-consuming and prone to inaccuracies. To solve this challenge, the client implemented AIClassify, an AI-powered tool that automatically categorizes emails based on their content. Using Power Automate and Dynamics 365's AI capabilities, a flow was built to analyze email content and update the Category field based on predefined classifications. This automation saved time, improved accuracy, and allowed the client's team to focus on more important tasks.
